The "shapes" above on the header are the Hebrew letters Y H W H (or Y H V H)... which are the letters representing the name of GOD (Elohiym), which most people pronounce as "Yahweh" or "Yahveh". The letters are (written from right to left) Yod, Hey, Waw/Vav, and Hey... these are the letters that are written in the Hebrew text of the "Old Testament", which the translators translated into "LORD" in English. LORD is not a name, but a title. YHWH (YaHWeH) is a name... and has a meaning (He Who Exists).
*Explaination of YHWH
I will try to explain 'why' I choose to speak YaHWeH ....
The English word "God" is not a name: it is really a broad or generic term used to refer to the "higher power" one 'believes' in-- or believes to exist. Although most would recognize this term to refer to the "God" of the Christian Bible, it is still a word that encompasses "all" gods or "powers" of all religions/beliefs. It is a very non-specific, general word that does not distinguish any particular 'god'... "everyone" (apart from true athesists, if there are any) believes in some "god", and the only way to acurately determine "which" god is being refered to is to speak the name of the god-- otherwise one can only assume.
I don't want to refer to THE ONLY TRUE LIVING "GOD" by a loose generic word or term that could fit any (false) god. I don't want to leave any room for any other thought of "Whom" I am refering to. I want to distinguish and specify The "GOD" I'm talking about... HE is the Almighty Creator of all things, Who revealed Himself to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob... and He has a name... Yod-Hey-Wah/Vah-Hey (the symbols above) in the Hebrew alephbet--which may probably be pronounced" YaHWeH" (at least that is my understanding at this point).
*It is not my intent to bring offense OR controversy to anyone over this matter, and I do still say God when I speak to people who have never considered saying anything else--to keep down on confusion within our conversation... however, to me personally, it is very important to speak what I have learned...so I do :)

Deuteronomy 5:29
"O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear Me, and keep all My commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!"
Deuteronomy 6:4-9
"Hear, O Israel: YHWH our Elohiym is one Elohiym:
And thou shalt love YHWH thy Elohiym with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thy hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates."
And thou shalt love YHWH thy Elohiym with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
