Well... it occurred to me, that although I am-- for the most part-- a very patient driver (when it comes to others on the road, I just don't tend to take offence or get impatient or lose my temper... I don't have a "Road Rage" problem)... BUT... I began to notice that I WAS feeling frustration, and it was choking out "my moment" --EVERY time I noticed someone driving BEHIND me!! ha!ha! BEHIND me?? YES! "BEHIND me". WHY?? Because I would begin to feel "rushed", and "stressed" about the thought of "being in someone's way". I no longer felt at ease to "take my own sweet time". It became quite irritating! And then the funniest thought came to my mind... I am not the one who has "Road Rage" because I am *probably* one of the ones that CAUSES *OTHERS* to have road rage!!! :D ha!ha! Yep... the secret's out! I'm SELDOM in a hurry when I go anywhere, and I'm apt to be one of the ones "slowing you down" as I "stop to smell the roses along my way" :) ha!ha!
And the moral of my little story can be summed up in the quote of an old (silly!!) 80's rock song (Van Halen)... "I CAN'T drive 55(mph)!!" Although all those rockers were having a hard time SLOWING DOWN to 55mph... I have a hard time speeding up ;)
